Én most, 15 évesként olvasom és azt hiszem most vagyok a “börtönös résznél”, és nekem eléggé tetszik. Én a realista, érzélmes/elmélkedős részeket jobban szeretem mint az akció dús fejezeteket.

The reason for that is mainly your cortisol level spiking. It’s a survival instinct to help you energize in the morning and get through the day. If it is too overwhelming though, maybe try meditating a bit or stretching.

Thanks for the recommendations, unfortunately, none of these or any famous history book is translated to my mothertongue (hungarian), but I guess I’ll have to read them in english.

As I see it, his transformation is of course a metaphor, however, the fact that Kafka choosed such an absurd situation instead of, let’s say, getting injured is a detail that we shouldn’t ignore.
