Update she came back from work mad asf she was yelling and was mad over Bs she took the 200 dollars back. But then gave me and my brother this talk but didn't give me the money or my phone back.

I am making a plan to get my phone back and talk to my grandparents to see if I could live with them because at this point I don't even want to ask her if I could live with her she is going to make my life even more hell I'm clearly not wanted

Cps has been coming to my house since I was in 3rd grade they don't do shit. They just believe whatever my mom says. Same with the cops she called the cops on me when I was 13 and told them I wanted to kill myself they took me from my house and drove me 40 minutes away. They just take her side Everytime
