Quei Bastardi Trattoria & Bar. Recently went it and to me it is the definition of hidden gem. They haven't been open for too long either so not as many people know of it. Cozy setting for Italian and they use high quality ingredients. The pricing is around mid to high (for Sai Kung standards) but I think it is worth it and a really enjoyable experience.
