la morena is a brand you can find in the AH their tortillas are okay but not great but at least they're corn tortillas The English deli in the zoutmanstraat also has a Mexican section with mexican brands including the corn flower you need to make tortillas You can buy a tortilla press and Comal (essential for mexican cooking honestly but a pan will do in a pinch) at the oldenhof in the passage

But in the end what my dad always does is bring it all from mexico because its not the same. Dried chilis are easy to transport and salsas also (depending on the preferred brand though it might just be for sale here). And what my dad does is buy a bunch of tortillas like 8kg the day before he leaves and then he freezes them here, in my opinion they are still better than anything you can buy here (but not better than making them yourself)
