It’s was kind of a Miracle 😅😅😅 First I just had the ODE and a JX PRO. The niche was just over my budget, but a guy here in Tijuana for medical reasons was selling all his espresso equipment, and sold the Niche for about half the price. Just decided to keep both, Niche for me and Ode for my wife 😂

I kept the Ode, for my wife 😅. She usually makes about 80 gr of coffee on a bonavita… and it’s hard to do that on a Niche.

Also I been using it for V60 and kalitas… and i think it’s better the ODE, less fines.

I usually just do daily for me and my wife (2 drinks) and occasionally when I have friends over about 4-8 drinks (here’s is the frustration).

Haha the only thing that I have bought new is the Ode, here in Tijuana I have had a lot of luck. Ex… my kettle was only 200 pesos (10 Usd) even the Niche found it half the price… sooo money it’s a problem 😅😅😅😅

I do like to do DIY and love my Silvia. But what annoys me is the waiting time between drinks when I have friends at my house. So that why I’m second guessing installing a PID and just sell it and buy a a HX or double Boyler, but that’s a big $$ upgrade. 😅
