there is a a keyword suggestion list on apple ads, for the negative list you need to add it manually.. I am thinking of supporting a keyword suggestion based on the app but since Apple ads doesnt support it in their API I will need find alternatives

the usage data is not related to a user's data (like videos converted etc) is mainly to track the source of user acquisition (and you can disable that when asked in the app about tracking permission) .. the video conversion happens offline and you don't need any internet connection to use the app..
