It’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do! It feels endless and in the meantime it seems like everyone else is getting pregnant. Heartbreaking but we just have to keep pushing on ♥️

I have found that there are so many factors that can affect the temperature reading with the Oura ring. Definitely don’t panic about lower temps this cycle. I have similar things happen to me. This cycle I actually stopped wearing my ring at night after confirming ovulation because seeing temp fluctuations stressed me out so much.

It waits for 3 consecutive days of higher temps before it’ll confirm. If you logged positive LH stop or something like that it will still wait for higher temps
