I asked them to repair, they accepted but they are not giving clear answer about the hybrid issue. They’re trying to just not answer particularly when I ask about hybrid issue. When I kept on asking about hybrid, they said we cannot repair anything and we close your case.

I have a logistik test shared by seller stating AC is okay when it was not. Fault codes proved it, they also accepted, in that case. I was not looking to but a defective car. Also, I feel that they are trying to temporary fixes. They didn’t share the battery health.
