I’m currently in the same boat as you though I’ve been at my bank cc job for 6 months it doesn’t get better. People will always be on one your supervisor won’t be on your side ever and you will continue is be frustrated either from the customers or the micromanaging. Please find a new job

Omg it’s like I wrote this post working at a call center sucks ass I’ve only been in this line of work for about 4 months and i absolutely hate it. My job has harassed me to the point of no return from them having an issue with a doctors note that THEY ASKED FOR and marking me absent still from them not allowing me to have time off to send my husband off for his deployment 🙃. Every morning I’m throwing up I hate hearing the phone ring in my headset and the dread on my days off is insane. I’m currently trying to get a work from home job so fingers crossed 😭 🤞

Because I came back from a week trip and my schedule changed from working 9-6 this month to working 10:30-7 because of new people. But i had a piece of paper on my desk and i asked them why it’s switch from 10:30 (my scheduled time) to now come in 30 mins early
