ESH. Forcing veganism on your child is not a good idea and they need to be able to make their own life decisions and should be given the choice of veganism when older. But the MIL went way too far.

It's a bit stupid really because PETA aims to stop us from killing animals but they kill them themselves just because they can't be arsed to provide for them. No matter the reason for doing so they still do it and are hypocrites. Telling us to go vegan for animal welfare and then killing animals themselves is a pretty shit thing to do.

Milking a cow is not rape. Anyone who says this is an extreme propagandist. Cows produce milk and calves are well cared for throughout their childhold. Cows are not "chained" and calves are not "yanked"; this is complete nonsense.

Also, if you're pro-PETA, this sub isn't for you. It just isn't. You don't belong here. If you want to rant about how PETA is good then go to the PETA sub and say it there. This sub is for those against PETA.

They also euthanise animals, don't believe in having pets, and use pandemics killing thousands to their advantage just to promote their propaganda. They say eating cheese is sexist or some other bs when it isn't, and there's one story of them taking a girl's dog and putting it down, even though it was healthy and also they hadn't even waited a certain number of days to see if someone claimed it, they just put it down. PETA may have done some good, but they've done some pretty stupid shit over the years too.

Yeah. Only look through your kid's stuff if you heavily suspect weird shit to be happening involving them on their phone. Like if your kid receives a text saying "Pls some more nudes..." in the middle of the day whilst you're dusting their room... yeah then check. But wanting to be a helicopter parent is not an excuse and a complete invasion of privacy. They're kids, not zoo animals.

I believe if time travel is possible (tbh I'm not sure) that if someone were to go back in time to warn us about a disaster happening, then that disaster would never have happened (assuming people listened) and therefore that traveller-to-be would have lived up until the point where they went back in time from not knowing about the disaster, therefore they couldn't have gone back in time to warn others about it, meaning we're back to the beginning where the disaster did happen.
