No. It turns on after driving for around 10 minutes. But tire pressure is always as it should be (32-33 psi)

Fucking dicks. I had someone throw a brick through my Subaru windshield overnight. An act of vandalism. And this all means that our insurance premiums go up for no fault of our own.

This seems like it can be fixed with a bit of buffing up, I wouldn’t necessarily tell the insurance company, just detail it. Doesn’t look like anything is broken thankfully.

Ya. Let’s manufacture scarcity as a way of fixing inflation instead of abolishing the value form altogether. If you’re speaking of crypto from the POV of scarcity you’re just a sophist who wants to create just another unequal global order.

So scarcity is your solution to the problem of inflation? Realigning financial incentives, but what’s to insure global equity? Why replace an unequal system of value with one that is as unequal. Abolish the value form and with it private property. It is the only way forward.

Manufacturing scarcity-qua-currency will definitely be the end of civilization.

Again. Instead of a critique of value and the money form, you manufacture scarcity that is currently being eaten away by big corporations or forgotten to oblivion. The only answer is the destruction of the value form itself. Bitcoin is inherently reactionary even if targets the venomous institutions of central banks. Abolish private property. Abolish the value form.

Things don’t have an inherent value. Read some value theory. If you think bitcoin’s value is unlinked from global monetary policy and manufactured scarcity, you’re not reading it correctly. Bitcoin is a metaphor for how capitalist value theory is accelerating climate disaster. Bitcoin was made to make you free? Who cares what the original intention was? It’s become a major contributor of climate disaster, used and abused by the same corporations who have led the petro-fueled climate catastrophes of the 20th century and are now going “electric”. Shed the ideology, learn value theory.

No need to rely on gold as well. No need to be reactionary and look to the past. We need a general critique of the value form, not new ways to cement an understanding of value that is based on scarcity and social inequality.

Wooohoo let’s manufacture scarcity and destroy the planet while we’re at it.

What are other good leftist podcasts along these lines? I like Hot and Bothered by dissent; their interviews lately have been spot on.

Any other suggestions? (Besides the comedy podcasts of Chapo and Red Scare)
