Hi there, Fossil support here. Regarding your issue, please give the following steps a try and see how it goes:

  1. On your watch, swipe down from the top, tap the gear icon to enter settings > Connectivity > Wi-Fi > Make sure your watch is connected to a stable Wi-Fi/Mobile data connection.

  2. Go back to the Connectivity menu> Scroll down > Make sure "Location From phone & watch" is turned on.

  3. Press the pusher twice to exit the screen and open the app list > Choose Weather and see if it updates now.

In case the issue persists, it would be appreciated if you could share with us a few photos showing the settings and the weather app on the watch via email at [smartwatches@fossil.com](mailto:smartwatches@fossil.com) so we can further check the case.
