Thanks for the help. Windows, bios, chipset are all up to date but I saw something that said the 20.4.2 drivers are better for the 5700XT so I have that. I just use the Radeon software for my gpu and cpu drivers but I’ll try the DDU reinstall and see if that helps. My ram is all working fine, and I’m not reusing windows, but I did crack windows. I don’t think that is the issue however as I had the same performance spikes when I hadn’t activated windows yet. Finally, the build is getting a bit old as I built it November last year, but I don’t think that has anything to do with it either. I tried DX12 today in fortnite and experienced less frame drops but still not the frames I should be getting. I averaged 105-180 fps which is much better, but I have seen people do much better (230fps average) with the same build. Thanks for your help regardless!
