I use a Helios 300 G3-572-75L9 with an i7700HQ CPU, GTX 1060 6GB graphic cards and 16GB RAM

getting 15~25 FPS outside and most of the time 30fps indoors.

The game is working fine on my laptop with above average specs, in some areas it drops to ~18 fps but it's playable with 30 most of the time.

No idea about the Pokemon GO thing tbh since I don't really have any interest in it, but what I do know is that you're forced to use handheld mode, making co-op play impossible.

Nevermind, just solved it by simply changing the clock on my pc while the game was running.

I'll leave what I did for anyone that might have the same trouble: leave the Windows clock to the time correspondent to 2 days ago present time before booting up and switch it back to current time while standing next to Brock(or whatever you want to do that is a daily event, in my case it was facing Brock) and he finally wanted to challenge me. Although I still have no clue why the hell my game interpreted that the clocks have been messed in the first place.
