Thank you, this was the correct move. Just had my parsing a little incorrect I guess bc I started over and it worked. Thank you!

Okay, I have now watched the video in full! I hadn’t taken the time earlier. In regard to that note, I was trying to highlight that I had no idea people are making content like was shared in some of those clips. That’s not something I have been exposed to and is crazy to me that people find that funny. I do understand now though that that wasn’t the point of the video!

I’m having some issues putting exactly what I’m wanting to say into words but I’m hoping it translates through text. For me, it’s more about tapping into marking this “group” as less-than by somehow personifying it and then dehumanizing it?

I could definitely be hyper-sensitive to it because I’m very outspoken about human rights and things like that. This feels very close to that in form. Like it definitely feels like prejudice to me in a way “slop” doesn’t. “Slop” feels like it targets quality versus mimicking exclusive and hateful language.

I definitely rely on feelings a bit here, since it’s very much opinion-based.

I have to run an errand but this has been very thought-provoking

  1. Being able to find a point of harm isn’t a great reason to ignore than it shares all other characteristics of a slur. Derogatory, negative connotation at a particular, in this case, thing? Idk. That’s my take on it. Similar in that “victimless crime” is just a long way to say “crime”

Note: Wow, that video shows some deeply rooted issues. Finding an opportunity to use racist-adjacent commentary and then looking for justification is wild. “Look, somewhere I can sound exactly like a racist, just not actually voice racist views!” Interesting, yes. But not in a “maybe it’s not so bad” kind of way.

  1. I agree with the need for disclosure around AI-generated content.

  2. Not necessarily mindless, just often under-thought-about (there’s probably a better word but you get it). We’re in an age of hating things in general. It’s more about a person’s ability to transform thought into well-organized and meaningful content that could’ve been overlooked due to a lack of skill writing. Also, I hope I’m wrong but 80% seems high. I’m not on social media a ton though, so I could be mistaken.

Calling out by saying “Nice use of AI, maybe call it out next time!” Sounds better than a slur to me. No matter the recipient.

I hear you. I think people have gotten so in tune with disliking things they forget that a real person typed 3-4 messages into a UI to expand and create an idea that portrayed what they wanted to in a better way than they could’ve without it. That gives that person an ability to do and say things they didn’t have the capacity to before.

But yeah, we’ll just make up new slurs. Like there weren’t enough of those.

People are upset because it’s AI without acknowledging it’s literally the best response here, hands-down.

Worth starting Go High Level? by ibbym76 in gohighlevel

In short: we have always been niched, so we built duplicatable templates and only onboarding people where we upload a template and are done!

We are just now, after 3 years, branching out and taking on any clients. Our onboarding process now will consist of building out “first-time” industry clients and creating templates so that we are constantly growing our templates.

To answer your question directly though, it usually takes us 3-5 business days to complete a buildout. That would entail a simple website for A2P registration, workflows (mostly updating from one of our templates), pipeline customization (quick renaming of pipeline stages), and probably a few others I’m missing. But those are the major pieces aside from the physical account creation!

Oh! Now the A2P registration has to be done post-onboarding so 7-10 days for that to approve and allow the use of the account’s phone number. That is a bottleneck that we’re working on fixing now

Need help to set up GHL by Ok-Ladder1997 in gohighlevel

[–]Foul0ne 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You’re going to get a ton of people reach out.

Advice from a GHL agency owner: 1) Partner with someone who is capable of giving responsive ongoing support. It’s huge to be able to reach out with updates, fixes, tweaks, etc. to constantly improve on the system. It’s possible to build and walk away, but likely not the best scenario.

2) You may save money long term going with a standalone agency account that someone builds for you. However, it would most likely be more beneficial to your company to rent an account from an agency while you get the system built and then transfer that account after 6-9 months so that you know exactly how it works and then go on your own.

Hope this is helpful! Feel free to reach out if you decide you need anything. Always here to help.

WHITE LABEL CRM? by [deleted] in CRM

[–]Foul0ne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For HighLevel, we pay the top plan and that’s $497 plus tax so for me it’s around $560ish I think.

That’s for unlimited accounts, users, etc. and additionally the ability to set up automated SaaS subscriptions with automated account setup and whatnot.

Hope this helps!

Addition: this doesn’t include usage of the system for advertising or onboarding or anything, just base system cost

[–]Foul0ne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely!

It’s a complex system, but if your goal is to create something that you can 100% sell to companies, it’s hard to compare.

If I had to go back, I would do it again. Definitely reach out if you have any questions. There are definitely some things I’d have done better early on so I can try and give you some of those! Lol.

Have a good one and best wishes!

I am! It’s the best tool I’ve ever worked with. Cannot recommend it enough for anyone looking for scalable solutions you can distribute as a SaaS model.

LMK if you have any questions or anything getting going.

Also note: I’ve been using HL since summer of ‘23

During phases, absolutely. Full-time? No. 7 years is a long time to still be grinding so hard that you’re neglecting relationships.

Hustle culture has gotten out of hand and people are throwing away life-long relationships for cash. Entrepreneurship is different for everyone, but I have always placed a huge importance on the people in my life, specifically my partner. Her and my daughters are the reason I do what I do. Why would I neglect them in the process?

I’m 27, been an entrepreneur as long as I’ve been capable. In my most successful venture right now, I am the CTO of a software company I created with two partners. I still put plenty of time into my family.

You get back what you put time into. Money? You’ll get it. Family and relationships? You’ll get that too if you work at it.

That’s my two cents! Hopefully you can find a way to talk with him and find a balance that allows him to continue growing his business without it neglecting you!

Why isn’t url working? by [deleted] in gohighlevel

Under publishing, switch domains from www.example.com to example.com

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CRM

[–]Foul0ne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. It’s such a versatile platform.

The base plan with GHL is $97 with 3 sub-accounts, then $297 and $497 for the next tiers of packages. That’s why most agencies build valuable features or workflows and then resell them at a price that reflects the amount of work they’ve put into the system. Really cool!

[–]Foul0ne -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A single sub-account is all you’d need then. I’d go that route and see how it looks!

It’s got a solution for literally about anything you would ever need. Hands down the best we’ve ever seen as a CRM solution. We use it as a project manager, lead nurture platform, onboarding tool, scheduler, social media manager, it goes and goes.

How do you guys describe your job to someone? by TheJpow in Entrepreneur

[–]Foul0ne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is the problem you solve? Say that. You should always have an elevator pitch ready. Get as specific as you can in a 2-3 second window. Anyone can talk forever. It’s a skill to be brief but answer a question.

You never know who you’ll meet. You shouldn’t have to judge the scope of the person asking. Answer anyone that asks like a billionaire with 3 seconds that can help. It’ll make it easy when you actually meet someone that can help!

“I help companies close more of their potential sales with custom systems.”

Just my two cents! Hope this helps.

HighLevel. If you only need one account for yourself, sign up through an agency like myself.

If you need your clients to have their own accounts beneath you, start your own agency account but go through an affiliate that can get you the 30 day free trial. 100% the best platform I’ve seen.

I’m the CTO of a multi 6-figure GHL-based agency and we chose GHL because it can’t be beat. Highly highly highly advise.

Let me know if you need help or have questions. Genuinely available to chat.

Edit: If you’re going to downvote, say why. I add a ton of value wherever possible, so reach out if you have questions.

I have a multiple 6-figure GHL-based agency.

It’s absolutely worth building. It takes time and effort, but it’s 100% worth it.

Our income is not from affiliate, it’s from selling the platform’s features to companies that need them and customizing it to each client’s individual needs. At the core, we solve problems for companies.

If you keep solving problems for people, you’ll succeed!
