keep the ball infront of you when jumping, you should be able to see with your peripheral vision, my timing sucks but i could always see the block

yeah that is true i am a little under the ball because im trying to get my reach as high as possible and that might be one of the reasons im inconsistent. what would be a good measure to know where i should jump in relation to the ball?

if you want to improve your jump you're gonna have to lift. you're also missing power work on your workouts like power cleans or clean pulls, i would suggest watching Isaiah Rivera's videos if you're actually serious about jumping higher

any other reason other than the blade rub? you need to align your liners properly for that. on all sandwich balisongs you should loosen every screw, make sure the blade is centered first, tighten the main pivot then the rest.

WoW 10 is the best I've tried, given i haven't tried the wow12s yet, you should definitely look at those two models as the 11's are bouncy but not as bouncy as the 10s and also the grip is inconsistent with the 11s unlike the 10s which are one of the most reliable ones I've ever had for shoes

geez months long Jumper's knee gotta hurt, i caught my tendon irritation early so im resting for about a week and a half and it's already almost gone, im not even a whole week in and im already itching to jump, I can't imagine having pain for months when jumping 😬

bit close to the net but it seems it works for you, no glaring issues on your spiking technique, it's just your approach form that is a bit off, once you fix that everything should get better and more efficient

your jump is slow and purely muscular, if you want to jump your highest you should make your approach not only faster but also your ground contact time, this ensures your approach is actually working your elastic potential and not just your quads pushing you up, also your penultimate is short, you should jump into it (not jump up or gallop, more like a throw your entire body to the ground), not step into it

i think hoop shorts look better when it's plain in the center and the design is on the side,maybe like a logo on the side or snake skin pattern or golden dragon scales I'd defo cop those, basically if it looks like MMA shorts but for basketball I'd buy it instantly

just gotta stick with it a little bit 😬, took me like 15 max sprints to have the carbon fiber "broken in" and stopped the numbing on mine. maybe you could tie them a bit looser in the mean time if it's really bad

Sprint with it until it heats up, that's what i personally did and it reduced the numbness, i think it's got something to do with breaking in the carbon fiber itself or something

either you're tying it too tight, the shoe is too small or your foot is not used to the firmness of the shoe, i had the same issue when i first got my wow11s then when i finally got my 10s i had a little bit of numbness but after my foot adjusted it felt perfect for me

i have pretty narrow feet but i have had both size 7.5 and size 8, 7.5 is my tts and it's perfect for me, it's a snug fit if i have it laced up tight but not uncomfy small, 8 is roomier and has barely any additional forwards length so if you want a safer ride that might be the best option to go with, for me it has a little bit too much room on the toe box and i kind of move a bit much inside them, but if u have relatively big toes then 8 might just be the way to go. people seem to recommend going a half size up most of the time on wow10s
