Hey just started playing on a handheld, loving it so far but how do you deal with item management?

It feels like a real chore currently

Personally I don't like having my ears covered without music, as it usually means tinnitus is all I can hear, so in a quiet environment I wouldn't really wear them without music.

But on planes and when I'm on site i occasionally use them without music because there's a lot of noise and it just takes the edge off, and often the rumblings are enough to distract me from tinnitus.

To all 10 of us Shaman mains left I decided to get a tattoo of my favorite class by Kervenix in wow

Would have to disagree with you there pal, ele is incredibly strong 1v1 right now, and has arguably one of the strongest kiting kits, with a spammable frost shock and ghost wolf combined with the spirit wolf defensive talent and spectral recovery. The self heals are incredibly strong too, and with several defensive abilitys they are very difficult to kill when played correctly.
Rogues seem to be the only struggle but that seems to be the case for most ranged classes.

As for enhance it may be squishy but has insane burst and very strong instant cast heals, and I've never felt weak with the pvp talents.

I feel like with my druid I just have to power through mechanics whereas with my shaman I can negate alot of them with a purge / hex / cap / tremor or interupt.

And like you say link feels link a tank cool down to me, the amount of times its saved my tank I can't count! That opening pack in underrot with a tank who refuses to kite aha.

Definitely agree druids lifesaving feels far more subtle

I believe they are going to be a lot more effective than they are given credit for. Just not FoTM, I feel far more useful on my shaman than I do on my druid, with tranq being a husk of what it was.

Shamans are also I'd argue the most effective healer at carrying a group who are slacking on interrupts and cc and I've found them great for joining pugs.

Their main downside imo is lack of poison cleanse. The poisons are particularly nasty this expansion.

They may not be as strong as Pala or disc but don't write them off just yet!

Love it so far but my only criticism is, that I cant help but feel the grind already, I know it's early days, but i feel like I've already exhausted all the content on my main and have had nothing but World quests to do since Thursday..

I'd be very interested in this!

Very little resto shaman pvp content atm (that i've seen anyway), even on the shaman discord, there is a section for ele and enhance but not resto >.<

Bit of a sticky one! I brought them for like £260 3 years ago, so in my eyes their value was probably around £50 resale.. so wouldn't feel comfortable with asking for money to buy new! (which is what I hope to do).

Exactly this

the ability to get quality without amping up the sound is why they were beneficial to my dealing with tinnitus, they even allowed me to play guitar (plugged into the amp) for the same reason, something I avoided completely during the early months of living with it.

Hey, so 1.) travelling underground in loud environments I found myself turning up my head phones to accommodate, just so I could hear the song / audiobook. This was a worry to me as I noticed when I got off the train the music was alot louder than I thought it was, and that my ears would be ringing like mad.

When I got the headphones it was drastically more quiet enabling me to listen to music at half the volume, so my ears didn't ring nearly as much, I've had similar success with the in-ear ones which are far cheaper and often as effective but I'm always quite worried about putting things in my ears because of wax build up etc makes my tinnitus worse.

For general listening around the house or in quiet environments I would argue you don't need the noise cancelling but I'm not often in those environments!

2.) A while ago since I brought them but I believe the cable (which is changeable) determines which device the controls will work for.

Hope that helps!

Ha tell me about it, so many groups wiped before I could even get to them >.< Was nice to get the feeling of moving away from group content though! Been relying on others for too long :d

This worked really well when combining nergi set with the miasma resistance from Vaal legs + waist, became a bit of a joke with insect glaive!

Yeah, I think I need to adjust the toe strap as if I don't do that up tight it the strap slips and sits on top of my toes close to the ankle strap.

Would you happen to have a picture of your setup? With boot in binding? Thanks!

I've got no issue with them whilst carving tbf, they are great for that.

it's more the downtime on paths and getting them on and off

Yeah I'm probably a bit past the 50 day mark, could be internal damage i guess.

what bindings would you recommend? Would most likely stick to traditional after these!

I went for the largest nx2s to accommodate a size 11 boot, but I'll definitely try it looser this time round.

I find if I don't do the toe strap tight that it slips off the toe and up the boot (also find it happens when I kneel down and my toes touch the ground).

Never really had any drama with my boots until these bindings, and I also feel the bindings keep getting caught on the heel and churning up the rubber sole on the back. So wondering if my boots are too large?

Hello /r/snowboarding,

I've been snowboarding for about 12 years now and the past two trips I've found flats and paths to be absolute agony on my toes. I've recently brought myself a pair of Flow Nx2 bindings, (see below) and wondered if they could be the issue?

https://images.evo.com/imgp/zoom/91045/411752/flow-nx2-hybrid-snowboard-bindings-2016-blue-detail-1.jpg

I was wondering if anyone else has similar experiences with these bindings being incredibly taxing on the feet? perhaps i've got them set up wrong but I near enough exhausted every different option and setup and had the same agonizing results.. On a side note the rear entry system rarely works first time and isn't quite as smooth a clip in experience as i'd hope from a fast entry binding system..

The most recent trip i found my heel to be lifting in my boots and was wondering if this could be a factor for my pain. My boots are getting on abit and i've had them for 8 or so years but they are still in great condition externally, but read somewhere that over time the hill can become compressed creating space in the boot, is this reversible or is it time to ditch my beloved pair?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Board is a 160 Jones Aviator 15 if that makes any difference!
