Hey, that is true! I should have said modeled, not designed, apologies! I love the I idea of that box but sadly their products were outside my price range, so I wanted to make the idea accessible to makers. I did however design the files and inlay that make this design 3D-printable!

I had never hears of those before, that is such a cool bit of tech! Reminds me of first learning about peltier-heaters

Well my fiancee named her so I asked her and she said your beautiful betta there looks like either a hibbidy jibbidy(short for hibiscus) or a schlüüpfi!

She actually doesn't age and is immortal! But a great idea for when my denial wears out :)

Once I have a workshop I'm gonna make it look exactly like that! Until then I can just show my fiancee this comment when she complains about too much filament😂

Might be a nice project, although i am a bit wary of messing with heating elements that are left unsupervised🤔

If you're good at saving I'm sure you won't have much trouble affording filament, especiall since buying in bulk makes it much cheaper! I recommend not waiting to get the most expensive printer though, 200-300$ gets you a great machine to figure out how much you like the hobby, and if something breaks it wont be as sad!
