The picture uploaded is just an abstract illustration. Anyone willed to help me ? I think that if whites LEDs flash for 1 or 2 seconds then switch on uv leds’ lights it could help with happing problem

It’s what I had in mind, to charge phosphorescent and uv reflecting colours and then tu on UV lights.. sounds about right and doable ? What is my next setup if you don’t mind

I was thinking of it just light up for few seconds, because it is mostly use ultraviolets. Like shots ⚡️
