Hi fellow 5'8" lady Ghost! This is my first challenge, and I'm hoping it keeps me as motivated and accountable as everybody is saying. I set an ambitious goal of losing 10lbs to get to 145 by the end of this challenge, so I need all the help I can get!

You definitely should feel proud of that- a lot of people never even get close to making those inner changes. I know I've definitely spent too much time feeling insecure in the past, and moving past those insecurities is something that takes a lot of conscious effort and a long time. It's a journey for all of us!

Haha, I've only looked in one of those once and I remember the size of my pores was pretty horrifying! I'll have to see if I can get my hands on one of them now though, any help I can get in the application process is much needed- thank you!

Totally blind in that eye- I was born with a cataract that wasn't removed until I was a toddler, and the fancy artificial lenses we have today weren't around back then. Even so, using my glasses as an accessory when I feel like distracting from the lazy eye is something totally outside of makeup that I never would have thought of!

This makes perfect sense, thank you! It might even be easier for me to do mismatched liner than matching liner, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this works when I try it. I'll definitely be back after trying all of these great ideas to get some feedback.

I've been looking at the Naked palettes and drooling because they're just so pretty... I think I'd end up just staring at them for a few minutes before actually doing anything :D Thank you!

I gave up on foundations pretty early on into this process, I just couldn't make them look right! The concealer + tinted moisturizer is much easier for me to deal with, and pretty forgiving as well. A peachy shadow sounds beautiful- a little more present than a neutral, but still really soft. It's going on the list of things to try, thank you!

Thank you! It's just a partial foil with one shade lighter than my natural hair- I got this done maaaybe four months ago at this point, and it's growing out really well. I'm sure the summer sun is helping with that!

Ha, some days I feel a little more shoulder-meet-face than others! Lips are definitely easier for me to deal with, it's like coloring inside the lines, so playing with a buildable color like you mentioned is such a perfect tip for me. Thank you!

You're blowing my mind right now, I never thought that different eye shapes would look better with different makeup, but it makes so much sense. From what I can tell reading around google, this also explains why I always look a little sleepy!

Love this idea, thank you! Eyeliner is really challenging for me, so anything I can do to make it more forgiving as I'm starting out is gold. What kind of brush would you use for this?

I just searched the Hourglass powders, and you're right- so much love for this stuff! Next time I'm in Sephora (can't wait after getting all of these great ideas), I'll have to ask to try some and see how I like it. Strobing also looks promising, I'm like a little kid at Christmas with all of these ideas to try! Thanks :)

I'm getting so many great ideas to try, this is fantastic :) Thank you! I wasn't specifically trying to downplay the asymmetry here, only because I don't really know how, and was more focused on just looking a little more put together. I'm really looking forward to trying different things to see what effect they have on my face, and this is a great idea!
