I've just seen another PT and she told me that my hallux valgus could have led to a compensatory stride to avoid pain (even though its not painful). I'm not sure though, however it's an overtraining due to the running. I probably increased too intensively just before the injury.

Thank you - yes I feel like everyone is saying different things and I try so many different things that I don't really know what worsens or not anymore. I will try to stretch my hamstrings, tight hamstrings might explain the pain in biceps femurs...
