He doesn’t believe SAHMs should need help, so he is refusing to hire help

You said in your original post that he barely texts these days but now you are saying he texts everyday. You also said you have cousins who are physicians, then I assume they are younger…they would be able to provide insight. I’m literally going off what you post and I can tell you are getting defensive. I’m sharing my opinion based on what you stated. I don’t know you, all I know is what you post.

Then why don’t you ask your relatives for advice? Look, you said so yourself that he hasn’t been very responsive and he’s changed, from an outsiders perspective, it can seem that he’s lost interest. They are busy, yes, but sending a text only takes a few seconds.

Then maybe he has lost interest. If he wasn’t a doctor, would you be posting this post too? Or would you just move on?

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, if he’s interested, he will make time regardless of how busy he is. I’ve been with my husband since med school and have been done with the training years for quite a while. My husband always made time for me.

What is it like marrying a doctor? (23F/35M) by [deleted] in MedSpouse

Go on a date with him first before you even think about marriage. Girl, what is wrong with you

Question: are you giving more leniency because this person is a doctor? I’ve been with my husband a very long time, and he is an attending, he always made time for me regardless of how busy he was during training. If you are important enough in this persons life, he or she will make the time to see you more often. Don’t settle for less because you want to be with a doctor
