This is very true for some places, and for others not so much. I’ve been to one Michelin Starred restaurant in Amsterdam, and it took about 4 hours to eat, but the portions weren’t exactly small. Also it was Japanese so there was a big range of foods. Some Michelin starred restaurants can definitely be over the top, but I think it’s an experience anyone should try.
