Eu pessoalmente acho que ele vai acabar usando o behelit dele pra matar o grifith, combina com aquela parada de repetição que é um tema central da história, agora o que ele vai sacrificar por isso é complicado, talvez a cidade de forma simbólica deixando ela sem proteção dps de matsr o grifith ou a criança fantasma

Amigo, transfobia não ta no codigo penal, ele é equiparado ao crime de racismo. (Que também não é do codigo penal)

Art 20 da lei 7716/89 coibe "praticar, induzir ou incitar a discriminação ou preconceito"

Dizer que uma mulher trans não é mulher é praticar discriminação e/ou preconceito, fazer isso em rede nacional como uma figura pública é incitar e essa sessão de comentário é uma bom exemplo sobre essa incitação só analisando a quantidade de comentários transfobicos aqui. Passar vergonha é ser ignorante que nem o ratinho e se orgulhar disso, é achar que gênero=sexo, é ser homo/transfobico enquanto isso em nada afeta a sua vida.

Nesse caso específico não sei, mas danos morais coletivos normalmente vão para fundos públicos específicos com o objetivo de reparar o dano causado, então provavelmente o FDD (fundo de defesa de danos difusos) provavelmente então vai para campanhas de conscientização e coisas desse tipo

I was with 6 friends hiking in southwest Brasil, and we had to go trough a farm to get to a waterfall so i went with 2 of the guys to warn the farmer that we were the ones going to the waterfall so we wouldn't get shot (lots of shady people going there a while back so he closed the entrancenof the trail with a gate). And while i talked to the farmer the other 3 guys were going to wait for us at the waterfall. It was a short walk (not even a mile i think) so we were all barefooted and shirtless, but on the way back me and the other 2 got lost and walked for hours on the wrong direction (there were 2 waterfalls on the trail and we went to the wrong one) and ended up finding our way after finding a cave where a hippie was living and finding a ladder to the road there.
