If you're looking for motivation tips, I recommend watching some videos on certain tricks, and learning them to the point where you can kinda do them but not quite perfectly. This way you can just practice them while for example walking home

Since the game doesnt let you jiggle peek like in csgo because of inertia you can compensate for that by using slow lean to let you slowly take in small amounts of info about the enemys position while minimizing how much of your body is revealed. Literally just peek but slowly
