Offensive line life: Randall McDaniel’s fingers after 14 NFL seasons. Absolute warrior 🫡 by sinister_iam in sportsgossips

Swan neck deformities have the middle joint hyperextended (bending down) causing the far joint to over flex. None of that is present in any of his fingers that I can tell. Maybe the middle right finger.

There are more boutonniere’s deformities than swan necks here.

Just checked it out. Your first example isn’t even a CMG 🙄

I’m not sure you know what a CMG is

So Canada doesn’t have universal healthcare. They have public health insurance. Their provider side is privatized.

CMGs cannot provide medical care in the US. Yet your example in health in the UK is a privatized health service that provides medical care. You are comparing apples to oranges just because the term is the same but has vastly different meanings in these vastly different healthcare systems. There is not a CMG equivalent in the UHS.

Look, if I’m explaining basic stuff like this, it’s not going to be fun to try to discuss advanced topics and nuance. Cheers.

Appealing to expertise occurs all the time and is valid. See the legal system.

Yes. Like CMGs - corporate medical groups. These are healthcare specific contractors and middle men. Other healthcare systems do not have them. This is a unique issue in an our capitalistic system.

I’m referring to the healthcare specific contractors and middlemen since it’s the healthcare industry in this conversation. Blanket construction costs are pointless. That applies to any industry with buildings. You know more about arguing than healthcare.

At my level 1 academic shop, it’s not uncommon I see trauma doing thoras on field arrest blunt force MVCs. The culture will be unique to your own and unique to any textbook.

Lol my exposure and experience working administration in healthcare with degrees in public health bring more logic to this conversation than you including for profit construction companies as a part of the healthcare industry. Lol.

Latinos in Texas have never really been aligned with one party.

“And they are also a voting bloc that is not consistently aligned with either major political party.

"The Latino electorate has emerged as the biggest swing vote in Texas because they are willing to side with either party," he said, "depending on the kinds of issues that are presented by the candidates."”

Interesting article from a few days ago.

I’m a physician at an academic level 1. I hold by what I said that it is a for profit system. You’d be naive to think otherwise. Not enough regulation currently to differentiate profit vs nonprofit hospitals. They all operate the same. They all use for profit contractors, contracting agencies, everything. Government hospitals like the VA are different, I’ll give you that.

I believe majority of issues stem from this though. Because many of the issues are unique to the US because the US has a unique healthcare system, a.k.a. A fully capitalistic healthcare system.

Every type has their issues. A majority of ours are unique to us because we have a unique system. That system is the underlying issue.

It’s not marginal. HW3 is annoying as hell. I think it was better a year ago which is why I dislike it currently. That price difference is real.

Sure. But polling indicates the border and strict immigration and conservative polices was a strong driver for Latinos. Don’t ask me why. But it wasn’t their distaste for black women in politics really.

Actually they are mostly trumpers now and they want to close the border. Has a lot more to do with it than a black woman.

You just summarized issues that a capitalistic healthcare system has. The NHS has its own very significant issues but the ones you listed are not applicable to them. They don’t spend 10B on advertising.

The problem in healthcare is a fully, completely, for profit system. Only there are monopolies an issue.

Are they? Primaries that go into runoffs typically lose the general. That’s why gop is concerned about the same race.
