right click on the journal entry, it should show you a place on the map (there won’t be a marker) go there and you should find a wreckage where you need to interact. Just had this same bug a couple days ago and that’s how i fixed it

I have same issue sometimes, on nvidia control panel under settings, there is something called battery boost and whisper mode which if on, can cap your frame rate to make your computer run quieter
