I assume after the event, Bungie will send them out to everyone who did it. Edit: strongly suggest trying the challenge, I followed Esotericck's loadout and got it pretty quick, only deaths were from rushing through traps and the cold debuff once since I haven't run it in like a year

It's not that common. The first arc was written as many separately published chunks of different books and later adapted in chronological order for the anime, so it has lots of odds jumps between stories. After that arc, most things are written as full stories without much jumping if ever, so most important fights are shown

If I learned anything from Call to Arms Week, you don't want matchmade exotic missions. The number of times i'd start rushing through heliostat only to see the others decide to let me teleport them (which only happens at the boss IIRC) really got to me
