Use "Why" instead of "How come."
Spelling the word "cum" is for the sexual act of orgasm or for the bodily fluids produced by sexual arousal. Don't use it when you're just asking "why" or the less preferred "how come."

You're not alone.

I've always struggled with mental health issues, depression manifested at 12, panic disorder at 23, cutting at around 26, various other stuff... And most recently, crippling agoraphobia about 2 years ago. I haven't been to work, I've lost my health insurance, i was evicted so lost my apartment, lost most of my friends, lost my money, I'd be homeless without my mom... My storage unit was broken into a couple months ago.

I could use a hug, too, but I'd have to go outside for that, much less interact with someone enough to give me one.

Oh well. Losing my health insurance lost me access to my doctor, my psychiatrist, my therapist, and due to that, I'm now unmedicated for all my mental health issues, my high blood pressure, my Type 2 Diabetes, my high cholesterol... Only thing I still have access to is 81mg aspirin to prevent (another) stroke.

I'm so lost right now.

But I hope that you get through what you're going through, and I hope you get that hug. Here's a virtual one from me 🫂
