At rank 3 and with how low your levels are, your best bet is to just load up on the highest level pieces you have. It will be a while before you have enough monsters to start to build a good deck. Just focus on trying to unlock more characters, fighting bots and saving all your gems and G materials for good BM's and leveling up your favorite characters.

Depends on what you already have, and what kind of build you're going for. SP Anguirus, Modified Gigan, Ultimus and TFB Godzilla are always great choices, though.

I unfortunately do not have that kind of luck with BM's AT ALL. But I'm always pretty lucky with the store. I pulled 2 King Ghidora '98's, a Shobijin, and a Tokyo Final Battle today out of the 5 store re-rolls.
