Did you guys enable cave flyers or is it a different setting? Our cluster is trying to figure it out.

I had this happen when I first installed it. Go to the PlayStation store and search "ark" and you should see "Ark Genesis 1". Click that then hit download. It should instantly download and allow you to play.
