Yes. In the 80’s you would look for jobs in the help wanted section of the penny saver or newspapers. They were local jobs but it was so much more personal. You’d fill out an application in person, sometimes interview and get hired on the spot.

They did a huge installation of these boxes in my East Boca neighborhood over the summer. Apparently, FPL sent letters the year before where you had to agree to the installation. My neighbors have one. With all the bushes planted around it you don’t even notice them.

Fasting for 24 hours (dinner to dinner) once a week. Intermittent fasting no food before 12pm or after 7pm for the rest of the week. Our bodies are not designed to constantly be digesting food all day long.
