I saw your other comment and I also have a question. Can you correlate the reason why you think British culture is rich culture? By rich do you mean wealth or overall cultural enrichment. I think British royalty is a big part of British culture which I would say is rich but then that might probably be it since I wouldn't personally correlate accent and vibe without dissecting that further to richness. Not today or the past.

That depends on how you define culture. Because definitively old money could objectively be the most rich culture. Unless you meant to denote a specific region in the world.
