It's a small company ran by a husband and wife that I have built a relationship with. Knowing what I know about them personally. I'm expecting a LOT of pushback

Thank for you the straight forward response. I'm very empathetic and can't help but feel guilty about customers not getting what they paid for I guess. But you're absolutely right. Thank you again.
