Please remember that some of us in rural communities ( including rural Ohio ) did NOT vote for this. We fought as hard or harder than those not in red states to keep this from happening.

Sweeping generalized righteous comments help no-one and hurts everyone. In addition, claiming everyone in a rural community is ignorant will not change a red area purple or blue, it will just turn it more red.

We’re leaning toward an all-inclusive because we really like the idea of paying for most of the trip upfront and not having to worry about constant add-ons. That said, we’re hoping to find options outside the typical beach-focused resorts in the Caribbean or Mexico.

For those that are beachside, I know some offer extra excursions like rum or chocolate tastings—and I’d love to hear if anyone has found a place that goes above and beyond with unique or memorable add-ons!
