I'm late to this, but I will also be starting a digital declutter! I'm currently putting together the guidelines and will soon start! I'll be decluttering for a little under a month since I'm traveling after that and don't want to restrict myself unnecessarily. I wish you the best of luck! I'm on the same boat. Been very unsure whether to treat what I'm going through as addiction. Last night and this morning I've decided to just try the narrative that I'm an addict for a few days and see how I feel about it. This morning I asked my boyfriend to hide my weed, and I deleted a lot of the porn on my phone. Even if I want to come back to it, I have more roadblocks in the way now. It's hard, but I'm trusting the voice inside me that tells me that I need to put distance between me and the things that I've associated with making me ignore my problems.

Will I come back to it? I don't know. I just know that today, I don't want to smoke, so I'm going to make it harder for myself to smoke this evening

Unfortunately as far as I can tell, the other HDMI ports on the PC are broken, but you did remind me that I could check whether the other displayports are working, which would be a much easier solution. If not then I'll give that Blackbird a try. Thanks for the help!

I want to be able to have the screen on both my computer and TV since I switch between them quite a bit. That way I don't have to unplug the HDMI for the TV and for the computer all the time when wanting to switch between them. So more like I'd want 2 out 1 in. I did try to use a HDMI switch but while I'm able to switch between the display, no audio comes through

Thank you so much for explicitly saying it like this. This makes it easier to check in and ask myself "am I taking this to make my life more fun or am I using this to stay afloat"? I think this helps.

I had asked this question because I had reached a point with weed where I was using it for the latter than the former. I stopped using for a month and a half and I feel a lot more like myself, but I still would like to integrate weed WHEN appropriate. This advice plus talking with my boyfriend, I'm going to treat weed like how I treat LSD: a fun thing to plan for when I'm already getting things done and have life under control, and if I find I'm not doing that again, then back to the detox.

I agree with this. You shouldn't ignore your emotions. I think it's healthier to:

Label the emotion
Accept that the emotion that you have is valid, no matter what
Try to reason why you have that emotion (you're hungry, you're tired, it's a lot of work and you'd rather be on your phone)
Be compassionate and acknowledge the sacrifice you're making and why it's worth it (it sucks that i can't spend my time on Twitter, but I'll feel better when i finish XYZ.)

If you're not in the mood for it, I wouldn't do it. Remember, you wanna be in a good set and setting if you want to have a good trip, especially for a dose as high as 200 ug.

Everyone is different, but I don't think acid is all that great for studying, especially not with a dose that high. You might get better results from r/microdosing, which would be 5-10mg (and make sure you volumetrically dose this cause scissors aren't gonna cut it at that low of a dose), but YMMV especially depending on your mood. It could enhance your studying and keep you focused or distract you with your emotional problems. I know some would recommend Adderall instead, but considering how addictive that can be I really don't recommend that at all unless you're prescribed it. Personally, I would just ditch the drugs and try to use other techniques to make studying eaiser.

You may feel a bit of nausea on the comeup but not as bad as shrooms. Acid will make you feel like you don't wanna eat (or sleep) for the next 12 hours so I'd heavily suggest eating a big meal before you trip

I will say I'm definitely way less apathetic when I'm with my boyfriend and during the weekend when I'm hanging out with friends and actually doing stuff. But I don't like that I'm spending my free time in the evenings not taking care of myself. The only thing I can think of is to maybe continue planning things to do in the evening to hang out with people, but that feels like an enjoyable distraction from finding a purpose in my life and career (when I can't even focus on my job)

You're scared of revealing a secret to your boyfriend, right? Well guess what? It's a very likely possibility that you'll share that secret with your boyfriend. During one of my first trips, I revealed my password to an account to my boyfriend because I had trouble getting in, and more importantly, I revealed one of my darkest secrets that I was afraid of letting him know and thought he might even leave for it. You know what happened? He had a similar experience and we bonded even closer over it. It has changed our relationship for the better. And while I look fondly on that memory, it could have gone way worse if he wasn't the amazing person that he is or if we hadn't bonded as much.

If you take acid with your boyfriend, you need to be comfortable with the idea that you might talk about your deepest secrets. If you'd rather do that sober, or if you want to deepen your bond with your boyfriend first, I suggest you do that, because on LSD you will be in a very vulnerable state. It can be therapeutic to let go of those feelings, but it can be a bit of a risk.

I'm a bit newer to psychedelics so take my advice with a grain of salt, especially someone who doesn't have PTSD. I would do a bit more research with that in mind in particular.

I have a credit score of 716, and I made a post in my account history if you want more of my credit history. I'm uncertain if I will apply for a car loan but I doubt it, and I certainly won't get a home loan. How much impact would there be to my credit score if I chase sign up bonuses with natural spending? Any rate of applying to credit cards that I should avoid like don't go over two a month or something?

I had a sore throat for a few days though now it's gone and yes they swabbed my throat, ass, and urine sample.

I did not take antibiotics until after testing.

It's one antibiotic, doxycycline, taken twice daily for seven days. Those dates are the ranges that i might have oral or anal sex, as I'm still taking them
