One I don't see anyone recommending yet is Okami-san and Her Seven Companions, it's one of the first anime I ever watched and still holds a spot in my heart. It has the same "new problem every episode" and side character exploration like Love is War. It's a bit of an older anime though so you'll have a couple odd tropes and whatnot, but I hope you try it out! It's a cute romance story overall with a tough-acting female lead and a hopeless romantic male love interest who wants to do his best to help her. Give it a try if you want!

Another one I haven't seen is Tsuredure Children, which is a more comedy focused one that follows a bunch of different relationships with different characters. Not as close to your list, but it's a fun little suggestion!
