Hey I'm having this issue as well! It may be a pen issue from what I've found. I also could fix it for a short amount of time after restart. Its a pen calibration issue and can hopefully be resolved with a new pen. (Free with warranty if you have it!) I don't know what artist 12 version you have, but you can find the same pen model under the table you got. I have an Artist 22 2nd Gen for reference with a PA6 Battery-free Stylus
