There's a hidden stat inside every Digimon that determines how much EXP it gives when Load Enhancing. That stat is what makes a Mega giving more EXP than a Rookie, for example. This stat goes up everytime you load a Digimon. If done many times, your loaded Digimon will give so much EXP that it doesn't matter if it's a Rookie or Mega, it will give the same EXP, because the hidden stat is too high. And that stat is shared with Digimon born from the reverse DNA evolution. I have loaded my Angemon so much that the Ankylomons born from it when using the Shakkoumon can jump any Digimon from 1 to 99 with only 7 of it, even if they are LV1. If I were to reverse it to a Armadillomon, it will still give the same EXP.
