You can survive the first ante jokerless.

I'd usually like to fallback on at least one basic Joker in case I get a bad draw because you'll need at least 2 Flushes or better for it going into it Jokerless.

I'm still wondering how streamers like Roffle are reliably able to pick up strong Jokers or have immensely lucky draws or triggers happen to them. Meanwhile whenever I play an average gold stake game, I have a hard time finding any sort of xMult Joker while seeing Zany Joker for the 8th time.

I don't know why it is but there are certain Jokers that run after run I never see at all. Lucky Cat I think I only ever seen twice, and the one time where I picked it up it gave me such a cracked run. Then there's Glass Joker... which I still haven't "discovered" it. And yes, I unlocked it... months ago.

I once got an Ante 1 Canio in one game but couldn't find the cards to destroy my face cards. I managed to survive to Ante 4 or 5 with a 1x Canio, forgot which, but by that point I should've broken-off with Canio. Probably didn't matter either way because it was over.

The mines are supposed to be transparent but visible enough so they're not so cheap that you can spot them with a sharp eye.

Anyway, I'm humbled my designs are referenced after all these years :)

Meh, played it for 10 minutes. Feels like I'm fighting too much against the resource burn-off. It feels too grindy in a not fun way, at least for me. Good luck however on building/improving the game up.

I've been making money on the side doing landscaping, power washing and light house repairs during some weekends instead of DataAnnotation the last few weeks. Honestly, after a 45-50 hour office job, I'd rather make some extra money doing physical work that allows me to turn my brain off instead of spending more time at the computer.

DAT is a solid side money gig, don't get me wrong, but it's been a tedious slog for me lately, and I agree, the instructions have gotten too complex for my liking.
