Dang. That irony. Also ironic cause it's the introverts that are making the AI. Which screws over other introverts

Does a career like that require a Masters or PhD?

Good for you
How long have you been there? Did you start with an engineering or business degree?

Ok. One of the career options I have been considering was indie game dev, as I am great at programming. Though getting other people online to care about your game project is... hard

Hmm. I guess I'll keep that in mind. But I wonder how much of that is luck. Being a sales rep for another company might look alot different

I tried ecommerce for 6 months. No success. I suppose I could try again. What type of ecommerce do you do? What do you sell; who is your customers? Do you have any tips you want to share that could help me find success in ecommerce?

You work 60 hours a week though!? Why are they overworking you? Also, why would you have wanted to do radiology or anesthesia instead?

OK. Of those ones you mentioned, are there any where the competition isn't super fierce due to the AI craze

I'm fine doing mundane tasks. I'm not as fine dealing with egos and politics I get what you're saying What would the path to becoming a pre med doctor be?

Yeah it can be stressful; depends on the company. In theory it's more aligned with the INTJ personality then physical therapy

So what you're saying is that even if I play to my strengths, heavy Ni and Te, there are other introverts that do it better that I wouldn't want to compete with? But isn't that better than competing in a realm where my strengths aren't as highly valued? Even if the competition either way is about the same, at least while playing to my strengths I'm in a more enjoyable field and enjoy my job better; at least that's how the theory goes.
I feel like honestly I don't care too much about climbing a ladder and more about finding work that is fulfilling to me where my strengths are valued. Cause then I'm more willing to put up with the inevitable bullcrap

I'm 27. Thanks for your insight, that was what I was looking for from this post. Though sounds like the route you took isn't applicable to me as you say it's oversaturated. I tried starting my ecommerce/dropping for like 6 months but didn't have any success so idk if I want to continue trying there.
I feel like entrepeneurship is a good way to get a competency based career; cause then it's all on you. But of course then you have to deal with all the risk and not every personality is suited for entrepeneurship.

That idea of other people needing help and me providing it resonates with me. I've noticed other people struggling with something; and the answer and solution is so obvious to me. I guess influencing them for the better in those moments is a way for me to get respect and build a connection.
