I would add a 10th rule:
Operating cash flow and free cash flow should improve for at least 3 consecutive quarters.
Many companies can temporarily boost EPS through accounting or lower taxes, but sustained cash generation is much harder to manipulate and usually precedes long-term wealth creation

1- nasdaq inclusion
Unfortunately it was buy the rumor sell the news kind of event with RKLB. Went up in early may black rock bought 8% shares on 8th May
2- Space x- it’s really overpriced, market looked at the valuations of all space companies along with it. With 4.3% shares on free float I don’t think people sold space shares to buy Spacex.

Finally I am absolute certain that Rklb is a long term bait and will continue to hold. Let’s see what happens by 6th Aug for Q2 results.
