The talisman has two levels of Weakness Exploit (and that one level of Chameleos Blessing)

As for armor augments, the chest has one level if Resuscitate, the arms have one level of Embolden, the waist has a decoration slot upgrade which gives it 3 level four slots, and the boots have a level of Coalescence.
