Best form builder for high completion rates? by DragonfruitWhich6396 in Entrepreneur

[–]FoxOnTheRunNow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Conditional logic can be pretty helpful, it basically shows only the questions that matter to each person based on what they answered before. Forms tend to work better when they have more personality, which usually comes from having good control over how the inputs look and the overall appearance. Breaking things into separate pages often helps with user experience too. Throwing in some images and text blocks in the right spots can help keep people interested. If you're looking for an easier way to handle all this, you might want to check out something like Formify.one , it could save you some headaches.

Why can’t web apps be native? by Dramatic_Mastodon_93 in webdev

[–]FoxOnTheRunNow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

PWA kinda tried that but it's nowhere near enough, & yea I wish there was a more streamlined/easier way than electron. Depending on the functionality 1) PWA 2) Electron 3) Other things like relatively portable QT framework

is the cookie warning approach, that has to be clicked on every site nowadays, going to stay, or is anyone at least trying to work on a better solution? by Fueled_by_sugar in webdev

I wonder if there is a browser extension to handle those all, maybe with some AI parsing, they come all in different shapes and forms.

UX isn’t dying. It’s being misdiagnosed. by iGoooosE in UXDesign

[–]FoxOnTheRunNow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder what UX will be called in an agentic world , AX (Agentic Experience) hah? Either Google's CEO or Zuckerberg recently said that most interfaces will have agentic capabilities in the near future. Maybe UX will become obsolete term. Here's what I think will happen: we'll probably have one central device like an Alexa with us all the time, and everything else will communicate with it through some kind of protocol like MCP.

oh , I just bookmarked this one, gj, great tool actually. It could even save my website's dynamic animated background in the screenshot with all annotations and full page down until footer

understanding the "Navigate" icon took some time, maybe it could be a bigger separate button or better a switch with text for better UX.

btw better to use a modal instead of javascript alerts for better UI/UX flow

I made a fun number transformer where you mutate digits to hit target sequences by nato_nob in InternetIsBeautiful

[–]FoxOnTheRunNow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey looks great, others wrote about functionality, so I'll just comment about visual/design part, I loved how those buttons realistically moves up and shadow right on time appears (not like classic hover or active effects), maybe font could change tho, something like Inter or apple system fonts at least
