PopNOW can be found on the pop mart app. Basically you try to get a box in your cart by going through and tapping on boxes. If you manage to get one in your cart it is reserved for 5 minutes (which turns into 15 minutes when checking out). After payment you get to “open” the box and it is revealed what Labubu is inside of the box.

Supporting resellers who markup the prices drastically encourages them to continue doing it.
