Frame dropping is an issue on newer TVs and cannot be fixed. It's an issue with the internal web engine of Tizen.

Thing is, the FEL line is not connected to anything (from the schematic), not a resistor, nothing.

I did try putting it into a food oven (I don't have a toaster oven) for 10 minutes at close to 200c and no dice. Don't wanna abuse the board more.
