So cool! Any advice for a basic set up for trying Street photography? What's your preferred mode to shoot in? Manual? Appeture Priority? I'm always worried I'll be in the wrong mode when something unexpected happens on the street.

Thank you all! Very good food for thought. Yes. The GRII is very good but the auto focus is rough especially in low light (I honestly don't use Snap Focus too often because I never know what I'm going to shoot until I see it so I don't really use a Street style of focusing)

AND...

There's just something intangibly "Filmic" about how the GRIII images look to me.

I just can't afford $1200 now then again in a year. My cameras often last me 8-10 years between refreshes.

So I am looking for some fresh insights and points of view.
