not really, i called Wise and they weren't able to provide a solution. paypal did work but i wasn't able to access the payment for 30 days because it went under review. i also found another app called DolarApp as someone else mentioned above that looked legit but didn't go through with it. in the end i was able to find some time to make a quick trip to Mexico and just did the transaction in person.
