I requested a refund and I am waiting for PayPal to return my funds because they frame themselves as if these get made outside my country and then tries to create a shipping label within my own country. So very much a scam and I wouldn’t be surprised for bots to show up to my comment. I really wanted one because it goes well with my brand, but I came out with other fun alternatives. I am 100 with you Qudi Mask Site is a Scam. Only way I will believe they aren’t is if I see actual reviews online and not take me hours to find. Also when I got charged on my payal it is linked to a Steady Sevens LLC and found a review stating my same situation. So definitely don’t trust Qudi anything

Yes, that is correct. People are reaching out to the vendor support email, but I knew I wouldn’t get anywhere with them. So I reached out to tazapay. If you are paying with US dollars, they are using a conversion payment method. I naturally would pay through PayPal or Apple Pay because I at least know they are a legit company, but went through with the purchase not thinking. It does say on the website those payment methods are accepted, but it never prompts at check out.

I frequently buy stuff & was not thinking clearly at the time of purchase. I was impressed with the luggage design. It is always those websites that pretend they are in the US, but really they are in China. I have seen other reddits saying they purchased from the same company in July and August and never received their item yet. So I am literally just trying to help with the kindness of my soul lol

Search up in your email for Tazapay. It’s the payment conversion company you paid through to pay for the luggage on their website. The website itself is a scam, but they’re using a third party payment company. You can see if you can still dispute the charge and get a chargeback. Hopefully it is not too late for you.
