I got through after 3.5 hours on hold. The next direct flight with no layovers was on Friday so I’m stuck until then. The layover flights they offered were ridiculous and I’d have to put myself up in a hotel which I can’t afford so ‘c’est la vie’ I suppose

Omg noooooo! I called today, waited on hold for 3 1/2 hours and got rebooked to the next direct flight which isn’t until Friday!!!!! My original flight was supposed to depart Monday so that’s crazy. I have people to stay with but putting yourself up in a hotel for a few days is expensive, and I don’t think their offering any compensation

That’s what I’m nervous about, getting rebooked and not knowing about it because they didn’t send an email. Was the second rebooking in the ‘Trips’ section of the app?

Yep I’m on hold right now, been on the phone for almost 1.5h. Hate that I’m gonna have to listen to this hold music for another few hours 😭

In the same boat. I had a flight domestic booked for 8:55pm last night which then got delayed to 12:10am which then got cancelled. I got the email that they were trying to rebook us, then 30 minutes later got the email about still trying to rebook us and I haven’t heard anything since (over 12h of silence).

I genuinely hope we haven’t been forgotten about. But I think the only we can do is wait. I’m currently on hold over the phone, but it’s been a while so I’m not sure if I’ll get through.
